DUI Defense: We offer aggressive, knowledgeable defense of DUI and all related charges. We know how field sobriety exercises are supposed to be conducted by law enforcement and we know how law enforcement can manipulate the exercises and your performance. We are well-versed in how the the breath testing machines used by law enforcement work. Importantly, we know when it malfunctions. We take great pride in knowing more about the breath test machines than the inspectors and law enforcement officers, who are responsible for maintaining the breath machines and administering the breath tests.
